ambitionUK supports young people to acquire new behaviours and skills by giving them an extended work experience over 6-12 weeks in successful businesses and organisations.

Could you support a team of 10 young people for 1 day a week over 6-12 weeks?
During this period Agency East will run a programme with you, that will open new horizons for the participants by:
- helping them understand what skills they need to succeed
- giving them opportunities to learn how your business works
- challenging them as product development or project teams
- offering them face to face and online mentoring
As an organisational development programme, ambitionUK will:
- create positive internal and external messages
